• Upstairs Bath: A full bathroom conveniently across to the master bedroom, and next to the double bedroom, providing privacy and convenience. Equipped with essential amenities to start or end your day.
• Main Bath: Another full bathroom, easily accessible for all guests. It is well-appointed to cater to your needs during your stay. Located on main entry floor.

Park inside the garage, or in the oversized driveway. (Washing machine is located to the right of backdoor to use as needed during your stay)

The property is approximately a 20-minute drive from Norfolk International Airport (ORF), making it easily accessible for travelers. Ride-sharing services are readily accessible, and public transportation, including bus services, is available nearby, including free trolley service during the summer season. ◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $10,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

◆ PMI South Hampton Roads utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
